Responsibilities

The workload is structured around three main phases of the Project Life Cycle:

• 1. Drafting and Formulation (Design): This involves developing the project idea and filling out official EU application forms to request funding. It requires clearly justifying how the project aligns with the NGO's goals and how it will benefit young people or children.

• 2. Management and Coordination (Implementation): Once the EU approves the project and grants the funding, the action begins:

  • Coordinating with international partners (other NGOs across Europe or worldwide).

  • Organizing logistics (flights, accommodation, meals for participants).

  • Facilitating activities, workshops, or training sessions.

• 3. Reporting and Financial Justification (Closure): After the project concludes, you must prove to the EU how every euro was spent (invoices, boarding passes) and submit evaluation reports showcasing the project's real-world impact.
