Data & Impact Analyst

Description

Support Balkan Digital Bridge in measuring and communicating the impact of our digital training programmes. The volunteer will help collect, analyse and present data to improve our initiatives and demonstrate results to funders and partners.

Responsibilities
Collect and organise data from training sessions and participant feedback
Create simple dashboards or visual reports using Google Sheets or similar tools
Analyse trends and suggest improvements to existing programmes
Assist in preparing impact reports for funders and stakeholders
Collaborate with the coordination team to define key metrics and indicators
