Volunteers for Good is looking for motivated volunteers to support digital literacy workshops for adults and seniors in the local community.

As a Community Digital Skills Mentor, you will help participants develop basic digital skills such as:

• Using email and messaging apps

• Navigating online public services

• Staying safe online

• Using smartphones and laptops effectively

You don’t need to be a tech expert — just patient, supportive, and willing to help others gain confidence in the digital world.

Responsibilities

Assist trainers during digital literacy workshops

Provide one-on-one support to participants

Help set up laptops and basic equipment

Encourage and motivate learners

Provide feedback to the coordination team

Required Experience
